1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Digital products or downloadable services

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Please do not return any product without prior approval.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

7. Service-Based Orders

  • For services (such as development, consulting, or digital solutions):

    • Cancellations after work has started are non-refundable

    • Refunds, if any, will be evaluated based on the stage of completion
