Warranty Information

That Cabinet Company provides a warranty to the original purchaser that all cabinets, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty applies only to residential installations, is non-transferable, and cannot be altered or extended by any representative of That Cabinet Company.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or failure to properly maintain the product. It also excludes damage caused by alterations, modifications, improper installation, improper handling or storage, environmental conditions, or any labor-related costs.
At its sole discretion, That Cabinet Company may choose to repair or replace any product covered under this warranty with a functionally equivalent item. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from the original components. In some cases, defective products may need to be returned before a replacement is issued. While repair or replacement parts are provided at no cost, all other expenses, including removal, reinstallation, and labor, are the responsibility of the customer.
Wood is a natural material, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in color, grain, and texture are part of the natural beauty of wood and are not considered defects. Over time, environmental factors such as lighting, humidity, cleaning products, or smoke may cause cabinets to darken or mellow. This natural aging process is expected and is not covered by this warranty, nor are natural wood characteristics or variations.
Minor warping of less than 1/4 inch is considered normal and is not a defect. Glass cabinet doors are not covered against warping. This warranty does not cover costs incurred after the product leaves our facility. If a door is warped 1/4 inch or more, the purchaser agrees to allow the door to remain installed through two seasonal cycles before requesting a replacement. In most cases, doors will return to a flat position once they acclimate to temperature and humidity conditions. Before submitting a claim for a warped door, please ensure it has been installed correctly.
Because wood naturally expands and contracts with climate changes, painted cabinet lines may develop hairline cracks at joints. This is a normal characteristic of wood products and is not considered a defect.

This warranty is valid only within the United States of America and is non-transferable. Any implied warranties are limited to the shorter of the period allowed by law or the duration of this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, That Cabinet Company is not responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so certain exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.
